· Website Review and Analysis. If you have no website, we will build you a 3-5 page basic site for only $299 if you purchase our Coaching Starter Package.

· Analysis of your brand as viewed by your community.

· Education on the importance of realistic goals with regards to Cost of Goods and Labor Cost and how to measure and manage.

· Share proven tools for managing your top 3 controllable costs.

· Get your business listed on the top 5 search engine/local listing sites, guaranteeing more business within weeks.

· Share the importance of an effective local store marketing plan, how to develop one while keeping the cost minimal to none.

· 1 (2) hour one-on-one coaching session each week for 4 weeks to implement your strategic plan, new challenges, and day to day problems and solutions. We will also spend time outside of our meeting to analyze your systems, sales, profit, and marketing to better help create solutions to your challenges.

Advanced Coaching Package

 You will get everything listed above in our Coaching Starter Package with the addition of:

-Assist you in developing and implementing a low-cost, strategic marketing plan including:

-full-color business cards

-registering your own website domain and developing your website up to 10 pages including hosting for 1 year

-setting up your facebook business page with coaching on how to use it

-Assistance and training for any Google products including Gmail, Google Calender, Google Checkout (online credit card processing), and how to link all of these to your Andriod or Blackberry phone.  Never miss a sale again-Be first.

- 1 (2) hour one-on-one coaching session each week for 12 weeks to discuss your strategic plan, new challenges, and day to day problems and solutions.
